Our investment process is driven by a core team of product liability and mass torts experts and is subject to two rounds of assessment. After the first round of assessment, a term sheet memorializing economic terms will be sent to the attorney seeking funding. After the second round of assessment and approval by the investment committee, a final Litigation Funding Agreement is executed.
